We carryout gas safety inspections for homeowners, landlords, councils, housing associations and property management agents, providing a landlords gas safety certificate on completion if required.
The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994 (as amended) place duties on gas consumers, installers, suppliers and landlords. All gas appliances/associated pipe works, flues, heaters must be checked annually for safety.
We are a Gas Safe Registered installation company specializing in all types of gas safety certificates. The gas safety certificate that we provide is given after we test all the appliances as required by the law.
Gas Safe Register replaced Corgi registration in Great Britain from 1st April, 2009. By law, anyone carrying out work on gas installations and appliances in your home must be on the Gas Safe Register. Be gas safe – always use a Gas Safe registered engineer. Always ask to see their Gas Safe Register ID card.
